Commitees and Groups

St Paul's Lutheran Church angled street view

St. Paul's Lutheran Church has a variety of ministries that go far beyond the traditional Sunday morning services:

Our members' ministries and outreach ranges from working on church committees to making quilts, from singing in the choir to performing fall clean-up, from sharing a Thanksgiving meal to holding a Saturday evening movie night.

St. Paul's members want to show you that church doesn't have to end on Sunday Morning, that is just when it STARTS!

Events:

Consecration/Reformation Sunday: We make a “made to order” breakfast for our members after each service on the Sunday we celebrate Reformation Sunday in October.

St Paul's Lutheran Church Mutual Ministry Committee

Mutual Ministry Committee

Committee Members:
Troy Hollenbach
Elizabeth Thomas
Trish Krause

The Mutual Ministry Committee is tasked with the role of affirming and strengthening the mission of our congregation as well as the ministry of our Pastor and staff. Our role involves listening, clarifying, sharing, communicating, reviewing, reflecting, caring, and praying. The committee meets as needed and serves as a “listening post” for both the congregation and the pastor as we work together in ministry.

Working together to proclaim the good News of Jesus Christ is not without its bumps, glitches, and miscommunications. When these things happen the Mutual Ministry Committee is ready to hear concerns with faithful hearing and in a confidential manner that is meant to respect everyone. The committee invites everyone to bring all concerns and questions to the committee’s attention.
